Sierra Marie Bonn is a community-first consultant, nonprofit founder, and award-winning public speaker based in El Dorado, Kansas, with a passion for helping people turn ideas into action. With a background in engineering technology, innovation design, and digital strategy, she blends systems thinking with storytelling to help leaders grow with clarity, purpose, and measurable results.
As the founder of Let's Go Full STEAM Ahead!, a national nonprofit focused on STEAM education and gender equity, Sierra has spent years empowering the next generation of innovators. Through ImpACT Consulting, she works with emerging entrepreneurs, mission-driven professionals, and changemakers who want to lead boldly and grow sustainably, and with individuals and organizations preparing for high-stakes interviews and competitive processes, including scholarship pageant systems such as Miss Walnut Valley and Miss Dodge City. Her experience spans small business development, education, pageantry, and workforce development, giving her a unique, intersectional lens to support her clients' diverse goals.
At her core, Sierra is driven by a belief in the power of people with potential. She's committed to creating spaces where others feel equipped, empowered, and energized to grow, not just professionally, but personally and with purpose. Her clients often describe her as a "strategic sounding board," someone who listens deeply, asks the right questions, and delivers real, actionable tools.
Why she started ImpACT Consulting
Sierra saw a gap between passion and execution. So many brilliant people were burning out trying to make a difference, without the right tools, clarity, or support. She created ImpACT Consulting to close that gap and help people lead, serve, and grow on purpose.
When she's not consulting or coaching, you'll find her reading in a cozy chair, building educational resources, planning events, or hosting delicious dinner parties.
